Dear God,
I feel anger towards another person because what I feel that what they did is “inexcusable”. I am learning that when I hold a grievance towards another person, I am the one that suffers. This is because, in Truth, we are not separate. True forgiveness comes from understanding that what You created within me is whole and complete and I cannot be altered by another person. My anger is an indication that I believe I’ve been altered. Because I have a belief that I can be altered, I continue to experience the effects of my belief. I surrender all of this to You or healing, so I can return to the happiness and abundance that is Your will for me. I forgive them because no matter what they did or did not do, it cannot alter me. As I acknowledge the Truth, I will see its blessing in my life. In the light of true forgiveness, I am free. Thy will be done. Amen
